Can you work with the equipment we already have?
Yes. We survey what you own first and reuse what is sound. We only quote for new hardware where the old cannot do the job, and we say why.
Will the installation disrupt our work?
We plan around your working hours. Switch-overs usually happen in the evening or at a weekend, agreed with you in advance.
Which brands do you recommend?
We are not tied to any vendor. Most often we use Fortinet or Sophos firewalls, Ubiquiti or TP-Link Omada networking, Synology NAS, Dell or HPE servers and APC UPS. We choose on fit and on support available in India, and the reasons are written into the proposal.
What happens when something fails later?
Everything we install is documented, so any engineer can work on it. With a maintenance contract, a named engineer responds within 4 working hours.
Will you sign an NDA before the survey?
Yes. Send it with your request and we will sign it before we visit.
