01Who we are
Kote is a division of National Consulting India Pvt. Ltd., registered office 7th Floor, SKAV 909, Lavelle Road, Bengaluru 560001. We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected on this website.
02What we collect
Through our contact forms: your name, work email, phone number (optional unless you ask us to call or WhatsApp), company (optional), and anything you write in the message. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. This website sets no cookies of its own.
03Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to arrange and deliver the work. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
04Where it is stored and for how long
Enquiries arrive in our Microsoft 365 mailbox, hosted in Microsoft data centres. We delete them 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the contract and tax law require.
05Who we share it with
Only with the services that run this website and our email (Microsoft and our web host), under contracts that limit their use to that purpose, and with National Group companies when that is needed to deliver your work. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
06Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you. Email tech@nationalgroupindia.com from the address you wrote to us with. We confirm within 2 business days and act within 30 days.
07Grievance officer
Write to the Grievance Officer, Kote, at tech@nationalgroupindia.com, or by post to 7th Floor, SKAV 909, Lavelle Road, Bengaluru 560001. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
