Every project, from a new office network to a private AI, runs through the same five stages. You see the scope and the price before work starts, you see results every two weeks, and you can stop after any stage.
Made with love in BengaluruA National Group company
Five stages
Each stage ends with something you can check and a decision that is yours to make.
01Site visit
Stage 01
Site visit
We come to your office, meet the people who will use what we build, and look at what you already run. For software projects this is a working session instead.
What you get
Notes on what we saw
What we would fix first, and why
Then you decide
Whether you want a written proposal.
Stage 02
Written proposal
Scope, timeline and price in plain language, with the reason for each choice. Anything we are unsure about is written down as a risk, not left out.
What you get
A written scope
A fixed price for each stage
A timeline with dates
Then you decide
Go ahead, ask for changes, or walk away.
Stage 03
Build in stages
The work is split into short stages of about two weeks. Each one ends with something you can check: software you can click through, equipment installed, data reconciled.
What you get
A demo at the end of every stage
A short written update every week
Then you decide
Change direction before the next stage starts.
Stage 04
Handover
We document as we go, so handover is a check, not a scramble. You receive everything, and your team is trained to use it.
What you get
Source code, diagrams and passwords
Documentation in plain language
Training for your team
Then you decide
Sign off when it works for you.
Stage 05
Support
Optional. A named engineer who already knows your setup, on a monthly plan.
What you get
One named engineer
A response within 4 working hours
Regular updates and checks
Then you decide
Keep, change or end the plan.
What you can
count on
These hold on every project, whatever the size. They are written into our contracts.
Fixed price per stage
Each stage is priced before it starts. Any change is quoted in writing before we do it.
You own everything
Code, designs, documents and passwords are yours, and the contract says so.
The people you meet do the work
No account managers in between. The engineers on your site visit build what you buy.
Your data stays yours
We sign an NDA first. Nothing is sent to outside AI services without your written agreement.
Documented as we go
Any competent engineer can pick up where we left off. You are never locked in to us.
Plain language
Proposals and updates are written for the people paying, not for other engineers.
Who does what
Most of the work is ours. These are the few things we need from you.

You
01Site visit
Visit, listen, and write up what we saw.
Show us around and bring the people who do the work.
02Written proposal
Write the scope, price and timeline, and answer questions.
Read it, question it, and sign off or say no.
03Build in stages
Build, test and demo at the end of every stage.
Try each demo and tell us what to change.
04Handover
Document, hand over and train.
Name the people who will own it from now on.
05Support
Respond, fix and keep things up to date.
Report problems through one agreed channel.
How pricing
works
Every project is different, so we do not publish a price list. How we charge does not change.
Projects
Fixed price per stage
Agreed in the proposal before each stage starts. You pay for stages you approve, not for hours we log.
50% when a stage starts, 50% when you sign it off
Support
Monthly plan
A set monthly fee for a named engineer, response times and regular checks. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Quoted per site
Changes
Quoted before we do them
If you change your mind mid-project, we write down what changes, what it costs and how it moves the dates. Nothing starts until you agree.
No surprise invoices
Questions
What people usually ask about working with us. Anything else, ask us directly.
Can we stop after any stage?
+
Yes. Each stage is priced and signed off on its own. If you stop, you keep everything delivered up to that point.
What if we change our minds halfway through?
+
Tell us. We write down the change and what it does to price and dates, and only start once you agree.
Do you work on site or remotely?
+
Both. Site visits, installation and training happen at your office. Software work is mostly done from our office in Bengaluru, with demos in person or on a call.
Will you sign our NDA before the first visit?
+
Yes. Send it with your request and we will sign it before we come.
What if something breaks after handover?
+
Everything is documented, so any engineer can work on it. On a support plan, your named engineer responds within 4 working hours.
